Delivery areas and shipping costs We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom
Delivery is free, with a tracking number included. We want your experience to be simple, fast, and transparent—just the way we like it.

Processing and delivery times

Processing times:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends).

Standard delivery times:

  • United States: 5 to 9 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 9 business days

  • United Kingdom 5 to 9 working days
  • Germany 5 to 9 working days

Order tracking: As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number .

Unexpected delays In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected (customs, holidays, logistical issues beyond our control).
If your package is delayed, please contact us so we can help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Delivery to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO) We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Package lost in transit? Don't panic. If your package is lost in transit, you have two options:

  • We will give you a full refund.

  • Or we will send you a new order free of charge , delivered within 7 to 10 days.
